Once we have carried out your personal GC Index® review, we can then discuss your team and the desired outcomes from our services.
We then complete a GC Index® profile and one-to-one review session with all team members. They will understand their profiles and we will provide a summary snapshot.
Based on the outcomes agreed with you, this session will focus on aggregated profiles of the team. This includes consideration of dominance, inclusivity and potential within the group. Naturally, discussions and activities will be linked to your objectives.
