A maximum of 8 participants fully funded for students in areas of low social mobility.

Outcomes include greater self-awareness, knowledge of how to take control of your destiny and insights into the skills required to do so. Inspiring young people to lead their best lives.

Prelude

During the first week, we will set out the programme, the expectations we all have and agree on our schedule. In addition, everyone will be sent a personalised link to answer a set of questions online.

Energy for Impact

Throughout week two, everyone will have a one-to-one online review session with an expert. They will also receive their personal Young People Index® 20-page report. Click here to see more details.

How to Thrive

For the remaining 8 weeks, the focus will be on our small group sessions of 60 minutes each (see below for the topics). There will also be an expectation for everyone to spend some time on independent study and research.
