Our team reports identify a team’s individual and collective strengths: what has, and can, make it successful.

It highlights key contributions, comparing actual vs potential impact, with a focus on inclusion and playing to strengths.

All participants will have taken the GC Index® assessment prior to the team report, including a one-to-one session to walk them through it.

Our Approach

Profile Observations

We start with a snapshot of the individual team members’ profiles. This explains their proclivities to the rest of the group and how that person is inclined to engage and contribute. Everyone will start to see the unique mix of profiles across the team.

Aggregate Views

The data is now broken down into 4 distinct sections, each with its own focus: leadership combinations, inclusive impact, dominant impact and potential impact. This information can then be used to discuss strengths, complementary relationships, inhibitors to success and leadership of the team.

Development Discussions

Armed with the knowledge of both individual and team profiles, discussions can now be had about topics including creativity and game-changing, strategic direction, implementation, learning and innovation plus collaboration. The outcome will be a set of recommendations and action points for the team to take forward with them.
