SOCIAL ENTERPRISE

‘Business is clear that developing the right attitudes and attributes in people – such as resilience, respect, enthusiasm and creativity – is just as important as academic or technical skills. In an ever more competitive jobs market, it is such qualities that will give our young talent a head start, and allow existing employees to progress to higher skilled, better paid roles.’ Neil Carberry, formerly at the CBI and now MD at the REC

As a not-for-profit social enterprise, this requires time which we willingly give and financial support via commercial bookings and sponsorship. We have tried to make sponsorship easy and affordable even for smaller businesses using a monthly subscription model. Every sponsor helps students from financially challenged backgrounds to access the skills they need to make them more employable and ready to manage their lives.

Our services are available to all educational institutions, but it is the young people who need the support most that are more likely to ‘fall through the cracks.’ The goal is to provide more students who need a helping hand that enables them to discover and develop the skills they need.

All our sponsors have a business listing at every training event we run.

Please use the form below if you want to support young people and we will get straight back to you.
