As a social enterprise, our profits are used to support the young people who need that help the most.

When you invest in training and development for you and your employees with us, we plough that money back into delivering engaging and meaningful experiences for young people across the country.

Only with the support of businesses like yours is this made possible. However, we believe this is a mutually beneficial relationship.

Of course, your investment is crucial to our ongoing ability to change the lives of young people (an potential employees of the future). At the same time though, your staff gain valuable insights and developmental training

The challenges we seek to address are raising levels of self-awareness in young people and developing key transferable skills, with particular emphasis on areas of low social mobility.

We aim to show young people how they can best make a positive impact on the world around them both personally and professionally.

As individuals, they will learn about their own natural energies and gain an understanding of core skills such as teamwork, leadership and communication.

Initially, we provide individual profiles that highlight each person’s natural proclivities using the Young People Index® and the GC Index®.

ICENI Mastermind CIC helps to solve these challenges by initially providing individual profiles that highlight each person’s natural proclivities using the Young People Index ® and the GC Index®.

These profiles build self-awareness and show innate areas of energy as Game Changers, Strategists, Implementors, Polishers and Playmakers with 100,000 possible outcomes.

This awareness then flows naturally into workshops that focus on skills with examples being communication, collaboration, critical thinking, creativity, leadership, emotional intelligence and self-efficacy.
