SKILLS DEVELOPMENT in ICONIC LOCATIONS

Project Impact

Modern Skills Development

Our 3-day London programmes deliver experiential learning with no classrooms or books.

Instead all the learning takes place out and about in world-famous locations around the capital.

It’s a unique, but more importantly, more effective way to develop essential skills for the workplace.

It’s the future of learning in an environment that brings engagement and results.

We focus on 5 skills clusters:

  • Communication

  • Collaboration

  • Creativity

  • Critical Thinking

  • Commitment to Excellence

Our base throughout is the unique Good Hotel, floating on the Thames, with single ensuite rooms and breakfast, while lunches and dinners are at some of the best restaurants in the city.

Start dates are available throughout the year for both individual and group bookings (maximum 6 participants).

Our innovative approach based on decades of experience guarantees to make a positive impact.

Why These Skills & Why They Matter

Over the course of the three days of Project Impact, participants are immersed in a series of dynamic activities that foster the development of five key skill clusters: communication, collaboration, creativity, critical thinking and commitment to excellence. Throughout the journey, they will be challenged to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, whether presenting their findings in pitch sessions or engaging in reflective discussions, analysing ethical dilemmas and making decisions under pressure. By blending these skill clusters into each day, Project Impact ensures that participants leave not only with enhanced capabilities but also a deeper understanding of how these skills apply to both personal and professional growth.

By focusing on these five clusters, we address the whole person—helping participants develop both interpersonal and cognitive skills, as well as resilience and personal growth. This ensures a well-rounded individual capable of thriving in various professional environments.

These clusters align with key priorities such as effective communication, innovation, and the ability to collaborate in diverse environments—critical in today’s increasingly global and fast-paced work settings.

These skills are not only relevant to the current job market but are also future-proof. They can be applied across industries and will remain essential as businesses adapt to technological advancements, remote work, and globalisation.

            Why Use Project Impact?

With over 32 years of experience in education and training, I’ve developed a unique perspective on what truly drives success in both individuals and businesses.

My journey has been anything but conventional—shaped by a life-changing event of a deadly gas explosion that shifted my focus from traditional education to real-world skills that prepare people for life’s unpredictable challenges.

I’ve seen firsthand how essential skills like communication, teamwork, and resilience are often neglected when, in reality, they are crucial.

In my career, I’ve learned that while academic success and specific technical knowledge are important, it’s the transferable skills—those that don’t show up on a report card—that truly shape our futures.

This led me to create Project Impact, a programme designed to give participants hands-on experience in developing the skills that matter most in the workplace.

I understand the challenges faced by businesses today—teams that must adapt quickly, think critically, and collaborate effectively in high-pressure environments. Project Impact is built to equip individuals with these skills in a way that is memorable, engaging, and practical. The programme isn’t just about learning; it’s about experiencing growth in real-time, making it a meaningful investment for businesses that want to see measurable improvements in their teams.

Together with my expert colleagues, Iwona B. Górtowska and Estera Esti, we’ve crafted an experience where learning meets real-world application—giving participants the tools to thrive in an uncertain future.

We offer fixed dates throughout the year for individual bookings and for closed groups of up to 6 people we can deliver bespoke programmes on dates to suit you.

To discuss how we can benefit your team, get in touch for a no-obligation chat.
