The Process
Profile Creation
The first step is to get in touch and we can have a no-obligation chat. You can book a call or email me. Then if you decide to go ahead, I will send you a link to complete a set of questions online. This will take about 10 minutes and there are no right or wrong answers.
Profile Review
Once I have analysed your profile, I will be in touch to arrange an online call for about 45 minutes. When we meet, we will walk through your proclivities together with time to discuss the implications and what they mean for your exisiting and future situations.
Next Steps
If you would like to know more about your team(s), this can be arranged with individual profiles and a group workshop that looks at the strengths and potential blind spots of the team when working together.
